Every Christian has a measure of faith: the Scripture tells us so. This probably refers to the special faith that was given to the apostles.
We have healing today but not through the minister’s hands; it comes through prayer to God, through looking to him, and we never know whether we are healed by God blessing through the medicine, or whether we were healed by his direct touch of goodness. But we pray for ourselves and for one another, and in the life of any praying church, as you look back across the years, you see many instances of quite remarkable healings and recoveries. And yet nobody put on a healing pantomime; nobody masqueraded as a special healer. So there is healing today, but not the sign gifts which was designed to authenticate the apostles.
