2 Corinthians 12:5 Commentary and Bible Study

Look at me, says the apostle, and what will you see? Something wonderful? Something glorious? No, you will see a relatively diminutive man in weakness, probably sick and scarred from sufferings and weary, a man who cannot speak as well as the polished Greek orators, a man with various infirmities and sometimes seemingly with the whole world against him, a nobody, the off-scourings of the world, he says. But you look at me, that is what you see, a weak and inadequate human being.
