‘He that hath wrought us,’ saved us, caused us to be born again and transformed. Does that truth sink in? He has done it with this objective: that one day we shall enter glory and be swallowed up of life.
Yes, the Lord has saved me for now, but that is just temporary, that is just for the time being, that is just the time of preparation. He has saved me for now, but ultimately it is for glory. So why do I think of earth more than I think of heaven? Why am I concerned about the here and now more than I am concerned about the future and anticipating life and glory?
