Galatians 2:10
Comments
The one other subject that the Jerusalem apostles had spoken of was the need to remember the poor, but with this Paul was in complete agreement, for it was something that was already much on his heart. This was obviously not a duty to be carried out by Paul alone, but the meaning is that he would teach the Gentile Christians to do the same thing. And this he did as is evident from other portions of the New Testament where we find him organising famine relief among the churches, and delivering that relief personally to the poor (Acts 11:29; 24:17; Romans 15:25-27; 2 Corinthians 8:1-9:15; Hebrews 13:16). It is clear from Paul’s subsequent practice that he understood this to mean that they wished him to remember all the poor, but first and foremost the poor who belonged to Christ, for as he says later in this letter, ‘As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith’ (Galatians 6:10). It was the Jewish believers that the famine relief from Gentile churches was sent to, binding together Jewish and Gentile Christians in this act of love.

Questions
It is hardly likely that this would come up as an extra exhortation of the Jerusalem apostles to Paul if this meeting as described in Galatians 2 was in fact the Acts 11 visit to Jerusalem during which Paul was bringing famine relief from the Gentiles churches to the Jewish Christians in Jerusalem.
