Galatians 6:11 Commentary and Bible Study

The meaning is not, ‘how large a letter’ in the sense of how long a letter, for it was relatively short and certainly not as long as the Corinthians letters or the letter to the Romans, but ‘with what large letters’. He does not use his usual word ‘epistle’, but plural ‘letters’ or ‘writings’, so that even though the Greek could refer to the entire message or letter, it must here refer to the size of the letters.
