Comments
Once again there is a word here for the unsaved. ‘If a man abide not in me,’ – he does not really depend upon Calvary, he does not live in the word of God, he does not glorify God and witness to him, he does not live in appreciation of his love – ‘he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them.’ In the last day, the day of judgement, they are burned, in other words, they go to eternal punishment.
