The man’s reply was very simple in verse eleven – ‘He that made me whole’, he must be accepted of God, he must have divine power. ‘The same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk.’ He cannot be wrong. I have been told by a holy man, I have been told by a man wielding divine power who has done a marvellous and extraordinary thing for me – ‘Take up thy bed, and walk.’
