Why does Christ say that the Father does not judge, when the Scriptures frequently say that God does judge and will judge the world? The Father, of course, does judge. The Father has a view on judgment, just as Christ does, there view is one – that certain people will be judged – but the Father will not execute the judgement; he will not sit as the Judge, but he will assign to Christ the task of judging the world at the end of time.
