The Son’s knowledge of the Father is not subject to the judgment of his enemies. That relationship which has existed from all eternity between Father and Son is a relationship of perfect agreement and perfect love which cannot be touched by those far from God and whose character demonstrates that they are alienated from him. Christ will never subject his knowledge to their false evaluation. Neither is the believer’s relationship with God or any of the things he knows by faith subject to the judgment of the natural man, for ‘the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man (1 Cor. 2:14-15).
