Application
How calmly Christ dealt with unbelief, and with the endless objections that the unbelieving mind throws up in its defence! Witnessing Christians must interact with the unbelieving world with great patience and with great logic. Now is the time for persuading and convincing. If God is at work and accompanies our words with power, then the unbeliever will be convicted and confess with shame the weakness of his argumentation and be willing to abandon his unbelief.
