In spite of ‘the master of the house being angry [he] said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.’ God's mercy is such that although every man and woman born rejects his love, and spurns his offer of life and mercy, and turns against him and makes futile excuses; the amazing thing is God is so full of love he is still determined to have a great company of people at that feast.
