Zechariah 3:10 Commentary and Bible Study

When Christ comes the people of God in the church will all be believers. A picture of peace and wealth and spiritual prosperity. Only then will there be a community of real peace and love. We see it in the New Testament church at our best, in true churches. Not in the organised church, but in true congregations and churches at their best. You see a hint of this: everyman under the vine and under the fig tree. It is a kind of picture of idyllic rural peace, the love and the harmony that exists in churches. But of course the prophecy finds its complete fulfilment in the heavenly eternity among the people of God.
